We always try to concentrate on helping you to be happy and feel in control of your dental health and care. We know from patient experiences that people can be anxious about visiting the dentist, and often may need time and consideration to come to a decision. We strive to communicate in the best way possible, to have open and honest discussions with you on all the options available which will allow you to make a full and informed decision.

We aim to provide a professional and relaxed atmosphere so that you can enjoy your appointments with us. We understand that patients can be very nervous, and often see that with time and positive experience many overcome their fears and enjoy coming to see us.

As a team we spend a large proportion of our lives at our dental practice. We find it pleasurable to spend our time with people and always look forward to seeing you. Our aim is for you to feel happier because of the trust and good working relationship that we aim to build. We want you to be excited about how your teeth look and how healthy your mouth feels.

If you are happy because of your experiences with us, we will always invite your friends and family to see us. We hope that we will continue to grow and prosper and we feel proud when you are happy and healthy.

We understand that your time is very important to you. We usually see patients promptly and we will apologise if we keep you waiting and try to give you an indication of the time you will be seen.

We always have complimentary coffee, tea and water available for you. You are most welcome to arrive early for your appointment or stay after your treatment for any refreshments.

We will discuss in advance the cost involved of any treatment needed. This can be provided in writing.

We will aim to provide the highest quality of dental care with minimum discomfort.

We will do our best to keep to time and not keep you waiting for your appointments because we know your time is valuable.

We will listen to what you have to say. If there is anything you are unhappy with we will try and make amends.

What we would appreciate in return for our commitment to you:

You should provide feedback if there is anything that you are unhappy with. We want the chance to put things right.

You pay for your treatment promptly – this will help keep practice administration costs to a minimum.

You will inform us if you are unable to attend for your appointments with as much notice as possible, preferably 48 working hours as a minimum.

We would like you to refer at least one other person whom you think would benefit from the service we offer.
