At East Leigh Dental Care we pride ourselves on providing high quality dental care in a safe environment.

Our practice is currently closed to help reduce the spread of Covid-19. As a profession, we have to follow the advice given by our governing bodies.

If you are registered with us and would like urgent advice during our normal working hours, please call us on the normal telephone number. Matthew will call you back to triage the problem and offer advice over the telephone.

At present we can offer telephone advice and prescribe analgesics and antibiotics depending on your symptoms. We can potentially refer you to a local emergency dental centre operating under enhanced cross infection control measures, although these centres are still being set up by the government.

PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE PRACTICE UNLESS ADVISED TO BY A MEMBER OF THE TEAM.

If you have SEVERE PAIN, SWELLING, BLEEDING OR TRAUMA outside our normal opening hours, please call and leave us a voicemail and we will endeavour to get back to you out of hours. If we do not respond straight away, please call 111 for advice.

For non-urgent questions about appointments and other general queries please use email us where possible. Our emails are being regularly monitored and will be answered as soon as possible.

Please ensure that you are following all the advice our dentists and hygienists have given you, it is especially important to practice good oral hygiene during the current situation where dental practices are closed.

At this testing time we appreciate your patience. We understand that an interruption in service can be very inconvenient and daunting. As soon as we can open safely again, we will be in touch to book any patients in that have experienced delay or postponement. Our patients on plan are still incredibly important to us, and we will endeavour to make up for any missed time or care. You have not been forgotten. Frankly, it is our plan patients who allow us to remain financially secure at this time and we are extremely grateful to them for bearing with us and remaining on the scheme.

In the meantime we hope that you all stay safe and well.
